Film conveying and heating: Install the stretched film roll on the film conveying device of the equipment, and drive it smoothly to the packaging area through a motor. During the transportation process, the stretch film is preheated and becomes softer, making it easier for subsequent stretching and forming.

Product placement and stretching: Arrange the products that need to be packaged neatly on the conveyor belt, and as the conveyor belt moves, the products enter the packaging area. At this point, the stretch film is stretched into a shape that matches the shape of the product under the action of the mold, and tightly wrapped around the product.

Vacuum pumping and sealing: The air inside the packaging is pumped out by a vacuum pump to create a vacuum environment, effectively preventing product oxidation and deterioration, and extending the shelf life. Subsequently, the heating and sealing system begins to work, heating the edges of the stretch film to a molten state, and then tightly bonding under pressure to form a sealed packaging.

Cutting and finished product output: After packaging is completed, the continuous packaging film is cut into individual packaging units by a cutting device for easy storage and transportation of the product.
