Key Features

This machine has automatic functions such as measuring and filling, film rolling and bag making, sealing and cutting, nitrogen filling and exhaust, and production date printing . The production process is fully automated and does not require manual segmented operations .
PLC control, Siemens touch screen human-machine interface, supports parameter setting and fault alarm, easy to operate and use .
The inner and outer bags are formed in one go and made of 304 stainless steel in contact with the material, avoiding manual contact and ensuring cleanliness and hygiene .
Inner bag area: Ultrasonic process sealing, servo motor controlled film feeding, fiber optic identification and labeling .
Outer bag part: Six station linear feeding bag structure, oil-free vacuum pump controls suction cup to take and open bags .
