Maotiao multi-row high-speed filling line

Cat strips are an absolute hit on the pet snack track. They are small in size (5g-15g), packed in strips, and filled with high-viscosity meat sauce, and are in huge demand. Our multi-row packaging solution is designed to solve the three stubborn problems of "slow single row, excessive leakage, and long production change".

① Multi-column parallelism, production capacity directly ×N

4-column/6-column/8-column/10-column parallel operation, the speed of a single column does not decrease, and the whole machine stably outputs 200-600 items per minute. E-commerce sales and live broadcasts are booming, and production lines are steadily catching up.

② High-precision filling, no leakage

Equipped with a piston pump filling system + suction back function, it is specially adjusted for high-viscosity materials such as meat sauce and mousse. The filling amount error is ≤±1%, eliminating stringing and dripping. The bag mouth is clean and the sealing is firm.

③ Strip bag type, high shelf recognition

Back-seal strip bag design, compact and portable, easy to tear and friendly. Supports customized printing, fully exposes the brand, and provides consumers with a good unpacking experience.

④ CIP online cleaning, no odor will be transferred when changing products

The material tank and pipeline are designed to be quickly disassembled and support CIP online cleaning. The chicken flavor can be replaced with fish flavor within 30 minutes, eliminating cross-flavors and ensuring hygienic compliance.

Cat nutrient solution precision filling line

Nutrient solutions and liquid supplements have a small capacity (5ml-30ml) per bottle, which requires extremely high dosage accuracy and protection from light. Traditional filling equipment cannot be used accurately.

Precise control of small doses: Using micro plunger pump or peristaltic pump filling, the metering accuracy can reach ±0.5%, ensuring that the content of each tube is accurate and not a drop is wasted.

Composite film protects against light and preserves freshness: It supports aluminum foil composite film strip bags/special-shaped bags, which are oxygen-blocking, light-proof, and leak-proof, extending the shelf life of products without losing nutrients.

Clean filling environment: The filling area can be equipped with a positive pressure clean chamber to meet the high hygiene standards of liquid pet health products and provide more peace of mind in microbial control.

Dog food bag pellet packaging line

Puffed grain, freeze-dried grain, baked grain - the staple grain track is undergoing "packaging upgrade". Eight-side seal stand-up bags and zippered resealable bags have become the standard for mid-to-high-end dog food. However, high-end bag types have completely different accuracy requirements for bag taking, bag opening, filling, and sealing.

High-end bag type, the shelf has a high-end feel: supports eight-side sealing flat bottom bags, stand-up bags (with zippers), special-shaped bags, and four-side sealing. The bag can be displayed standing up, the zipper is convenient for repeated retrieval, and the brand premium can be filled directly.

Multi-head combination scale, fast and accurate: Standard 10-head/14-head electronic combination scale, high-speed calculation automatically matches the optimal combination, weighing accuracy is ±0.5g-1g, and raw material loss is minimized.

Flexible feeding, the particles are intact and not broken: Z-shaped lifting + vibration buffering feeding channel reduces the falling height of particles. The breakage rate of puffed grains is greatly reduced, and the unpacked particles are intact, making consumers satisfied at first sight.

Nitrogen-filled fresh-keeping + double sealing: The bag type has its own zipper + heat-sealed double sealing. It can be optionally equipped with nitrogen filling replacement or automatic deoxygenation. The shelf life is extended and the return rate is reduced.

One machine with multiple functions, quick production change: from 50g trial pack to 5kg family pack, quick mold change + one-click PLC call. Puffed food, freeze-dried food, baked food, mixed snacks, all in one machine.
