Closed loop A (boxed goods):

Flat carton stacking and loading → All-in-one unboxing and cartoning machine (automatic unboxing → opening → bottom sealing → robot/push rod automatic loading of goods) → automatic folding and sealing machine (top sealing / I-shaped sealing) → 90° steering → labeling/weighing/sorting

Closed loop B (bagged goods):

Film feeding → Fully automatic bagging machine (automatic unwinding → cutting → bag opening → goods falling in → bag sealing) → shaping output → labeling/weighing/sorting

No manual packing or bagging is required during the entire process. You only need to send the goods to the feed port at the front end, and leave everything behind to the equipment.

Take out the carton → open → back cover, all in one go: servo motor drive + PLC intelligent control, automatically pick up the carton, open and form, fold the bottom, and tape the back cover. The unpacking speed is 12-25 boxes/minute, and the high-speed model can reach 35-40 boxes/minute.

Automatic cartoning by manipulator/push rod, zero manual loading: This is the biggest difference from "ordinary carton unpacking machines". The equipment integrates a rectangular coordinate manipulator or servo push rod system to automatically grab/push the goods into the box from the front-end feeding line. Whether it is regular cartons, soft bags, bottles or special-shaped items, they can accurately fall into the designated position in the box without getting stuck, falling or missing.

Multiple specifications of cartons, one-click switching: suitable for No. 3-12 postal cartons and various types of corrugated boxes. The changeover time is shortened from the traditional half hour to 1-3 minutes. The robot clamp can be quickly replaced or adjusted to handle multiple SKU orders with ease.

Replenishing materials without stopping the machine, no jamming during big sales: vertical storage box structure, storage capacity of 60-150 boxes. Cartons can be replenished directly during production, and an automatic alarm will be issued for shortage of materials. The pass rate of the bottom seal is ≥99.5%, and it will not crack during transportation.

Roll film automatic unwinding + cutting + bag opening: supports various roll films such as PE bags, bubble bags, express bags, etc. Automatically complete unwinding → cutting to fixed length → opening the bag mouth → goods falling in → bag mouth sealing (heat sealing or tying), bagging speed 10-20 bags/minute.

Intelligent photoelectric positioning, the bag film is not skewed or skewed: the photoelectric sensor tracks the film color mark and bag mouth position in real time, and automatically corrects the deviation. The cutting accuracy is ±1mm, the sealing is smooth and firm, and the bag surface is clean and beautiful.

Multi-bag type adaptation: Adapt to roll films of different sizes by adjusting parameters, and the changeover takes ≤2 minutes. Supports automatic separation of rolled bags, suitable for pure bag e-commerce warehouses that deliver more than a thousand orders per day.

Photoelectric induction, automatic adaptation to box height

Real-time detection of carton height and automatic adjustment of the sealing head. Large boxes and small boxes are mixed and run in a mixed line, without stopping the machine for adjustment.

The sealing accuracy is ±1mm, and the tape is not biased or crooked.

High-end models are equipped with visual positioning up to ±0.5mm. Each box comes out with straight sealing lines, giving it a full sense of brand.

An all-in-one unboxing and cartoning machine, a bagging machine, and a carton sealing machine—they are three pieces of equipment when viewed individually, but they are most powerful when connected together.

First, look at the box type + product form first, and then look at the speed.

Sort out the carton size range and product type of 80% of your orders (regular boxes? Soft bags? Bottles? Special shapes?), and confirm that the manipulator/pusher of the all-in-one machine can adapt to your goods. There is no need to pursue "omnipotence", matching is the most important thing.

Second, modularity is a safety cushion.

Today I only buy unpacking and cartoning + sealing, and tomorrow I will add a bagging machine and a labeling machine without changing the line. Choose equipment that supports later expansion interfaces to save money and worry.

Third, we need real data, not theoretical speed.

It is required to use your real cartons + real goods for simulation testing, and give the effective production capacity after taking into account the feed rhythm, rather than the no-load limit value.
