Automatic bag feeding + bag opening, zero manual intervention: the equipment automatically takes bags from the bag warehouse and opens bags, and cooperates with photoelectric detection to ensure that each bag is opened normally. The bag type supports a variety of prefabricated bags such as stand-up bags, flat bags, zipper bags, etc. To change the bag type, you only need to change the bag library and bag opening mold.

Precise filling, no crushing or scratching: Equipped with a flexible buffering/pushing mechanism for block materials of different hardnesses such as tea cakes, toilet blocks, compressed biscuits, etc. The surface texture will not be scratched, the edges will not be bumped, and the thin and brittle products will not be crushed. The filling rate is ≥99.5%.

Stable clamping transition, no pouring or leaking: The filled bags are clamped and transported by a special bag clamping mechanism to prevent the materials from dumping or the bag mouth being laxly closed during the transfer process. Each workstation is independently controlled and the beats are accurately matched.

Intelligent central control, fast production change: PLC + touch screen control, supports multiple sets of formula storage. Make 50g of tea cake today, and replace it with 80g of toilet block tomorrow. Adjust the corresponding parameters, quickly change the mold, and complete it within 15 minutes.

Online inspection and elimination, defective products do not pass the line: Integrated high-precision dynamic weighing mechanism detects the weight of each package in real time. Insufficient materials, excessive materials, and missing materials will automatically be kicked out to ensure that the products are 100% qualified before leaving the factory. The rejecting mechanism recycles independently and does not waste normal products.

Automatically fold the lid and seal the carton, and the tape is flat and not crooked: The carton sealing machine automatically folds the upper and lower lids of the carton and seals it with tape. Supports multiple modes of one-word sealing, I-shaped sealing, and four-corner side sealing. The sealing accuracy is ±1mm, the appearance is uniform and standardized, and the platform quality inspection is one time pass.

Automatic strapping and reinforcement, long-distance transportation is not afraid of loosening: after sealing, it automatically enters the strapping machine, cross or tic-tac-toe strapping (PP tape), double reinforcement. It is especially suitable for heavier products such as toilet blocks, which will not fall apart when stacked or cracked during handling.

Robotic arm palletizing, directly connected to the warehouse: the six-axis palletizing robot automatically stacks onto the pallet according to the preset palletizing pattern. The stacking shape is neat, the layers are crossed, and the stability is strong. The AGV or forklift can be connected to the warehouse directly, and only one person can inspect the entire back-end line.

Modular combination, no waste of money: today you only need to pack and seal boxes at the front end, and add bundling and palletizing tomorrow - the modules are plug-and-play, no need to tear down and start over. Protect every investment.

Food grade + daily chemical grade dual standards: The parts in contact with materials are made of 304 stainless steel or food grade engineering plastics, which is easy to clean and has no dead ends. Toilet cleaning blocks and tea cakes use the same set of hardware, and only the mold and parameters need to be changed when replacing products.

72-hour full-load test before leaving the factory: Each device runs continuously for 72 hours with your real materials before leaving the factory, simulating a big promotion/explosion order scenario. Production starts immediately upon arrival at the factory, no need to lie down.
