National-level foreign affairs visit! Sara Cláudia P Lourenço Pereira Bravo, Director of the Agriculture Department of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry of Angola, led a high-level delegation to visit Qindian Machinery for investigation and research

At the symposium, Director Bravo got straight to the point and stated the core proposition of Angola’s national agricultural development.

"Angola has unique agricultural resources, and the quality of its coffee beans is world-renowned. However, for a long time, we have been limited by shortcomings in post-production processing and packaging. A large number of high-quality agricultural products can only be exported at low prices under the 'original brand name', resulting in a serious loss of added value."

She pointed out that Angola is in a critical historical period of moving from a large agricultural country to a powerful agricultural country. As an important practice of China-Security comprehensive strategic partnership in the agricultural field, Angola is making every effort to build an independent and controllable agricultural value chain - from seed production, mechanized operations to post-production processing and branded packaging. It urgently needs to systematically introduce China's advanced technology and equipment. The purpose of leading this delegation across thousands of miles was to find a set of standardized, large-scale and international packaging solutions for Angola’s coffee industry and grain seed project.

Chairman Yang Zhiguo fully agrees with this. He said that Qindian Machinery, as a national high-tech enterprise and Shanghai's specialized and special new enterprise, has been deeply involved in the field of agricultural and sideline product packaging equipment for many years, and has formed a complete equipment matrix from granules, powders to liquids and triangular bags; the company's key development of the overall design of automated, digital and unmanned intelligent production lines is exactly in line with the urgent needs of Angola's national agricultural value chain construction - it can help Angola make the transition from "raw material export" to "brand output", and from "single-machine workshop-style processing" to a "standardized smart factory" model. This is not only the core technical capability of Qindian Machinery, but also a concrete practice of China's equipment manufacturing industry to empower African agricultural modernization under the framework of the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation and the "One Belt, One Road" initiative.

Accompanied by Chairman Yang Zhiguo, the delegation went deep into the intelligent production workshop of Qindian Machinery and inspected multiple automated production lines such as granule packaging, powder packaging, liquid packaging, triangular bag packaging, etc. along the tour route. From the precision operation of single-machine equipment, to the coordinated dispatching of the entire line, to the real-time monitoring of digital control systems, a panoramic view of China's agricultural equipment leaping from "manufacturing" to "intelligent manufacturing" is slowly unfolding.

Members of the delegation watched as they walked, stopping from time to time to observe and communicate in low voices. Anfang's technical officials have always focused on the operating accuracy and stability of the equipment, while administrative officials are more concerned about the overall planning logic and input-output model of the production line. In their eyes, what they see in front of them is no longer isolated machines, but a set of replicable and transferable modern agricultural processing overall solutions - this is the core capability that Angola urgently needs to build an independent and controllable agricultural value chain.

"Every set of equipment and every production line here allows us to see the realistic path to building a modern agricultural processing center locally." Director Bravo said with emotion during the inspection, "This kind of systematic technical capability is exactly in line with the actual needs of Angola's current agricultural infrastructure construction."

At the end of the inspection, members of the delegation repeatedly looked at the packaging texture and sealing details of various finished product samples, gave unanimous praise for their solid workmanship quality, and exchanged preliminary intentions with the Chinese team on follow-up technical docking matters.

In the subsequent technical discussion session, the two parties transcended the traditional "supply and demand buying and selling" relationship and launched a future-oriented strategic dialogue.

Director Bravo made it clear that Angola looks forward to establishing a long-term technical partnership with Qindian Machinery - not only introducing equipment, but also hoping that China will be deeply involved in the planning and design of Angola's national agricultural product processing plant, and help Angolan develop a localized operation and maintenance team through technology transfer and personnel training, so as to truly realize "teaching a man to fish".

Chairman Yang Zhiguo responded positively to this: Qindian Machinery will rely on its comprehensive advantages in food processing technology formulations, automated production line integration, etc. to provide Angola with full life cycle services of "hardware equipment + process solutions + technical training + after-sales guarantee". Both parties agreed to establish a regular communication mechanism and promote cooperation from "single inspection" to "long-term mechanism".

This inspection successfully built a solid bridge for direct dialogue between China's high-end agricultural machinery manufacturing enterprises and Angola's official decision-makers.
